• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe; we store only the card brand, last four digits, and transaction reference, never your full card number.

• Photos and notes — photos of the work performed and technician notes, kept for warranty purposes.

• To schedule, confirm, and perform your brake service.
• To send service-related text messages (confirmations, reminders, technician-on-the-way alerts with live ETA, completion notices) — only if you have opted in.
• To process payments, deposits, and refunds.
• To maintain warranty records and honor warranty claims.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your phone number is used solely for communications from OKC Mobile Brakes about your own appointments. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your phone number or consent records to any third party. Text messages are delivered through our messaging provider (Twilio), which processes the messages on our behalf under its own strict data-protection obligations.

Booking, payment, warranty, and consent records are retained for as long as needed to provide service, honor warranties, and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to authorized staff, and records are stored with encryption and access controls.
